The server region setting in Conan Exiles determines the geographical region under which your dedicated server is listed in the in-game server browser. Setting the appropriate region can help players identify your server more easily and find it when browsing servers based on their preferred geographical location. This is particularly useful when hosting a community server for players in a specific country or region, as it allows you to configure how your server is categorized in the server browser. If you want to change the region currently displayed for your server, Conan Exiles provides a configurable server setting that allows you to select a different region according to your preferences. Whether you are relocating your player community, accommodating players from another part of the world, or simply correcting an incorrectly listed region, adjusting this setting can help ensure that your server is displayed under the intended regional category. In this guide, we will walk you through the process of accessing your Conan Exiles server configuration files and modifying the appropriate region setting. We will also explain how to save your changes and apply the updated configuration so that your server can appear under your preferred region in the in-game server browser.

Editing the Region Setting

1. Log in to your Game Control Panel.

2. Before making any modifications, stop the server from running by clicking the Stop button.

3. Navigate to Configuration Files.

4. Under Configuration Files, locate ServerSettings.ini file, then select either the Text Editor or Config Editor to open the file.

5. Within the file, locate the serverRegion= line and enter your preferred server region number as its value.

Value Region
0 Europe
1 America
2 Asia
3 Oceania
4 LATAM

(Note: Entering a number that is not included in the table will cause the server region to display as "Invalid.")
